Attending an in-person Career Night or watching the full recording is a mandatory requirement before enrollment. This ensures you fully understand the licensing process, the commitment required for the Kaplan course, and the career path at Keller Williams before we process your scholarship.

The $99 fee is a non-refundable application fee for the scholarship path. While the scholarship pays for your entire course tuition, students are still responsible for this fee plus state-specific costs like the licensing exam, background checks, and state application fees.

Because we manually register every student into the KWPrep and Kaplan system to ensure you are set up correctly, there is a small processing window. Please allow up to 24 hours after your payment for your login credentials to arrive in your email.

The Kaplan pre-licensing course is 100% digital and self-paced. You can study whenever and wherever fits your schedule, but most students have 6 months to complete the hours once they begin.

KWPrep is a 17-module "real-world" training program included with your scholarship. While Kaplan teaches you how to pass the state exam, KW Prep teaches you how to actually build a business and start earning money as soon as you are licensed.
